That's where a little pr [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div  class="paragraph editable-text" style=" text-align: left; "><span style="font-size: 10pt;">One  of the most common challenges that my new clients (and new EFT-ers in  general) face is figuring out what to say while tapping.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Just  about everyone remembers the points and the "formula", which we  commonly call "mechanical tapping".&nbsp; However, many people are afraid of  mistakenly using the "wrong words". <br /><br />That's where a little practice goes a long way!<br /><br />(Usually, this space would be devoted to my monthly Tapping Protocol, but this time, I want to give an overview of the problem.<strong>&nbsp; If you'd still like to receive the Tapping Script for this month, just e-mail me at <a title="" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 153) ! important; text-decoration: underline ! important;" href="mailto:sanja@EFTguru.com">sanja@EFTguru.com</a>, and I'll be happy to forward it to you.</strong></span>)<br /><br /><span></span><font size="4">The most important thing is to RELAX and try to connect within.&nbsp; </font><font size="4">Plug into your intuition.<br /></font><br /><font size="4">Here are some questions to get you started:</font><br /><span></span><font size="4">What bothers you?&nbsp; How is it interfering with your life?&nbsp; When did it start first?&nbsp; What is it reminding you of?&nbsp; Where in your body do you feel discomfort and/or pain?&nbsp; Are there any colors, sounds, or textures present?&nbsp; How would it all look, sound, and feel like if everything was just fine?</font><br /><br /><font size="4"><span>Imagine that you're talking to a trusted friend or relative.&nbsp; Whine, if you have to... Are you REALLY  looking forward to The Dinner with your family? <br /><br />Or, maybe you're  glad about avoiding a couple of days at work that you don't care much  about anyway, can't wait to stuff your face with all that food that's  going to be available, and are coming up with ways to avoid  conversations with relatives who tend not to mind their own business?<br /><br />Maybe  you even DREAD getting together with certain family members because of  unpleasant past events that are still fresh in your memory and still  full of emotional charge. Maybe you aren't excited about all that  cooking and cleaning. Maybe you're on a diet (again).</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">How do we break the cycle?! How do we preserve our sanity (or, whatever is left of it anyway)?</span><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Try using this EFT protocol:</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">On  a scale 0-10, with 10 being as high as possible, identify your current  uneasiness about Thanksgiving.&nbsp; That's your starting point.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Karate  Chop:"Even though I can't think of even one thing to be grateful for,  because my life is a mess and I have all these problems, I give myself  permission to relax and be kind to myself right now anyway.<br /><br />"Even  though it's highly unlikely that I'll enjoy myself at the Thanksgiving  dinner, with everyone pushing all of my buttons, I choose to love and  accept myself in spite of it."</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 10pt;">"Even  though I really don't feel like doing this silly tapping right now, and  there's too much to do anyway, I choose to accept all of my feelings,  even the most negative ones, and tap them away completely."<br /><br />Take a deep breath and exhale slowly... </span></span></span><br /><br /><span></span><font size="3"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Eyebrow: My life is such a mess.</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Side of eye: How can I be grateful for anything?!</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Under eye: For this family of nosy people?</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Under nose: For this bad economy? </span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Chin: For my annoying neighbors?</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Collarbone: For my selfish children?</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Under arm: For my self-centered spouse?</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Lower rib: Oh, poor me! Anyone ever pulled an "all-nighter"?<br><br></font><font style="font-size: 10pt;">We never really wanted to live that way, but we  got CONDITIONED.&nbsp; Our subconscious mind got programmed for that kind of  repeat experience.</font><br><br><font style="font-size: 10pt;">How do  we break the cycle?!</font><br><font style="font-size: 10pt;"><br><font style="font-size: 10pt;">Try using this EFT protocol:</font><br><br><font style="font-size: 10pt;">On a scale 0-10, with 10 being as high as  possible, identify your current guilt about your weight.&nbsp; It doesn't matter - we have THE comfort food.<br /><br />Whenever  we feel lonely, or sad, or angry, or frustrated, or even bored, we  reach for the food.&nbsp;Often even before we had a chance to identify the  underlying negative emotion!<br /></font><br /><font style="font-size: 10pt;">We never really wanted to live that way, but we got CONDITIONED.&nbsp;
