What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a cutting-edge self-help tool for stress management.
EFT in Iowa, USA, where I live currently, is still almost unheard of. I'm on a "mission" to spread this information to as many people as possible.
EFT is an emotional, needle-free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between the body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. It has been reported successful in thousands of cases, covering a huge range of emotional, health, and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will.
The goal of EFT is to heal unresolved emotional issues.
The theory behind EFT is that old emotional wounds are stored on the cellular level as blocked energetic patterns. EFT is acupressure for the emotions. Stimulating specific energy points by gentle tapping or rubbing releases the block, allowing our body/mind system to process the troubling issue. As the energy is brought into balance, thoughts about upsetting circumstances change, and negative emotions diminish.
EFT is a self-healing approach based on the understanding that the body and mind are inextricably intertwined.
Here's what some physicians think of EFT:
Curtis Steele, MD
"EFT is a phenomenal healing method and is an important centerpiece of my practice. It has helped cure many of my patients with chronic problems."
