About Sanja

Sanja Cooklin, Empowerment Coach, Certified Hypnotist and EFT Expert, also is known as "EFT Guru" and "Sanja from Croatia". She has not only a distinctive accent (a great conversation starter!), but a unique background as well. She likes to joke that her resume is short only of crocodile hunting!

Being a typical Gemini (May 22nd - yes, joined the "40+ Club"!), she thrives working with people and takes pride in being a "social butterfly". 

She is the mother of three precious kids (18, 4, and 2) and loves being a stay-at-home mom during the day and a Peak Performance Coach in the evening.  Typical office hours are from 6-9 PM Monday to Friday and occasional appointments on Saturdays.

Sanja happens to be a seasoned journalist/editor/radio-host with formal education in International Business and Cultural Management. Her experience includes publishing newsletters, fund raising, grant writing, and membership drives for non-profits and cultural organizations, as well as managing one bilingual newspaper, and leading a team of independent beauty consultants. She was also an artists’ agent for several emerging New York City visual artists. Currently, she's the only Court Interpreter for her native Croatian on the Roster in Iowa.

Sanja has been on a personal spiritual journey for over 20 years. A passionate student of different modalities of natural healing, yoga, meditation and prayer, dowsing, rebirthing, ear candling, vegetarianism, and so on, she discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) back in 2006. She continues to experience rapid and tremendous benefits of that safe, gentle, easy to learn, and effective cutting-edge Energy Psychology tool in both personal life and her work with clients.

Sanja is humbled and grateful for the opportunity to help people get rid of their emotional baggage, so that they can live their lives to the fullest.
